Bathroom Renovation, Harwood Heights

The renovation of two bathrooms included structural repairs and energy conservation measures along with accessibility improvements. Both bathrooms use Kohler faucets, fixtures and shower door. The bathroom with the shower stall features a built in shower seat with a marble top. The shower seat area was created by borrowing unused attic space. New exhaust fans with night lights were installed to reduce moisture related damage.

Spray foam insulation was used in the shed roof area as well as in the outside walls in order to maximize the insulation value and minimize air infiiltration. Fiberglass insulation was used in the attic area above to achieve the best insulation value.

This project also included all new plumbing from the water meter to every faucet.
